Great Customer Service
We had Acadiana Garage Doors install our garage doors on our house when we built 2 years ago. One of our garage door openers just stopped working and I contacted Ty. He made the replacement process a breeze. Great service after the sale! I highly recommend them.
I called late on a Friday afternoon and the lady in service talked me through the reset process. Sadly it didn’t fix the issue so she scheduled me for a Monday morning service call. The two guys who came were absolutely first class. They identified the fault, fixed it then oiled all of the mechanisms. Only when they were satisfied did they ask me to double check and ensure my satisfaction. Really nice techs, respectful, professional and went above & beyond.Â

Called Acadiana Garage Door, in the morning , because my springs broke. They booked me an appointment for the next day. Within a couple of hours, they called me back telling me that they had a cancellation and can come that day. He came, and it was all good to go within an hour. They were very cordial on the phone, the young man that fixed my door was very nice. Highly recommend them.

We were very pleased with the communication and confirmation of appointment details. They showed up on time, did what needed to be done, and had our garage door working.
