Program Description: When you opt-in to mobile messaging from Acadiana Garage Doors, you can expect to receive automated and manual text messages concerning appointment reminders, technician arrival updates, quotes/invoices, service follow-ups, and promotional offers related to garage door repair, maintenance, and installations.

2. Message Frequency: Message frequency varies depending on your service requests and engagement with our team. You can typically expect 2 to 4 messages per service appointment cycle.

3. Rates and Carrier Fees: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

4. Support: For support regarding our text messaging services, text HELP to our number or contact our customer care team directly at [Insert Acadiana Garage Doors Email Address or Phone Number].

5. Termination of Service (Opt-Out): You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time. Text STOP to unsubscribe. After opting out, you will receive one final message confirming your choice.

I called late on a Friday afternoon and the lady in service talked me through the reset process. Sadly it didn’t fix the issue so she scheduled me for a Monday morning service call. The two guys who came were absolutely first class. They identified the fault, fixed it then oiled all of the mechanisms. Only when they were satisfied did they ask me to double check and ensure my satisfaction. Really nice techs, respectful, professional and went above & beyond.

Called Acadiana Garage Door, in the morning , because my springs broke. They booked me an appointment for the next day. Within a couple of hours, they called me back telling me that they had a cancellation and can come that day. He came, and it was all good to go within an hour. They were very cordial on the phone, the young man that fixed my door was very nice. Highly recommend them.
